TRU Security’s origins date back more than thirty years and our unique approach to employment and training continues to keep us ahead of the game. We run government approved security training courses from our office and select the most suitable participants for employment and ongoing training. This means we are always able to find and train the people that will best suit the specific requirements of your business. Each member of our management team has more than fifteen years experience in the security industry, and with the assistance of our team of experienced venue supervisors, provide onsite inductions and continuos on-the-job training to ensure that all our staff are trained to the highest standards and gain the necessary skills in a timely manner. All clients are invited to participate in our Online Induction Program. On completion of the online induction, our staff satisfy all insurance requirements for your venue, before having even set foot in it. We engage all our staff under an approved enterprise agreement. This guarantees that you will never have any accessorial or sham contracting risk to the engagement of our staff. This personnel engagement process is fully compliant with the relevant requirements of all state and federal regulatory authorities including Workplace Health and Safety, the Fair Work Ombudsman, and the Department of Immigration and Border Protection. Initial screening and registration ensures that all staff are fit for work, meet visa requirements, and hold valid visas and certificates. We have full Workers’ Compensation insurance, including ongoing injury and claims management, and Public Liability insurance, including claims management. All our staff receive all of their superannuation entitlements.
